1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 299d ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing 299d at 299d.bet, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

2Eligibility

To register and use 299d, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

3Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 299d. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. When registering, you agree to the following:

• You will keep your login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your password with any third party, including 299d support staff, who will never request your password under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 299d support immediately and change your password.

299d reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion if it has reason to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in activity that poses a risk to the platform or other players.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 299d are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment rules apply to all players:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take 1-2 business days to clear.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing. 299d will not process withdrawals to third-party payment methods — withdrawals must be made to the same method used for deposit where technically possible.
• 299d does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider or bank are the responsibility of the account holder and are outside 299d's control.
• Funds deposited must be used for gameplay. Deposits that are deposited and immediately withdrawn without meaningful gameplay may be subject to administrative review and the deposit reversed if 299d determines the transaction constitutes abuse of the payment system.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a transaction — including erroneous credits, duplicate transactions or system malfunction — 299d reserves the right to reverse or adjust the affected transaction after investigation. Players must report suspected errors to support immediately upon discovery.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours for mobile wallet withdrawals and within 1-3 business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

5Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 299d offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

6Responsible Gaming

7Prohibited Conduct

• Registering on the platform if you are a current employee, contractor or affiliate of 299d, or an immediate family member of such a person, without prior written approval from 299d management.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any part of the 299d platform, its servers, databases or associated infrastructure.

299d employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity will trigger an immediate investigation. Players found in violation will receive no prior warning before account suspension where the nature of the violation warrants immediate action.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 299d platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, icons, text, data compilations and the overall arrangement and presentation of the platform — is the property of 299d or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, reverse-engineering or creating derivative works from any platform content.

The 299d name, wordmark and logo are trademarks of the platform. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including marketing, social media or third-party websites — is prohibited without express written consent from 299d.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 299d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, data loss, interruption of service, or any other commercial loss or damage. 299d's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

299d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades or events beyond 299d's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. 299d will use reasonable efforts to minimise the duration of any service interruption and to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.
